Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms describe the reasonable expectations on both sides when you use BingoStamp. They are deliberately short and written in plain English.
1. Acceptable use
You may use BingoStamp for any lawful purpose. You may create and share Bingo cards on any topic and for any audience — work, school, parties, community events, streams.
You may not use BingoStamp to:
- Harass, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
- Create content depicting or promoting violence against people
- Infringe someone else's intellectual property
- Attempt to attack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service itself
- Break the law in your jurisdiction
2. Your content
You own the cards you create. BingoStamp does not store them on our servers — every card is encoded into the URL and saved locally in your browser. We make no claim to the text you write into your squares.
3. Intellectual property
The BingoStamp name, logo, themes and software are ours. Templates distributed with the product are free to use, modify, and share as part of a Bingo card. The underlying code is not open source unless explicitly stated.
4. Service availability
BingoStamp is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for high uptime, but don't guarantee it. Because cards are encoded into URLs rather than stored on our servers, any card link you have will continue to work in your browser even if the site itself is temporarily unavailable, provided you've visited before (the service worker caches it).
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, BingoStamp and its maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the service — which, since the service is free, is zero.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
