- Press & media — we're happy to chat about the product or the tech
- Accessibility feedback — if something's hard to use, tell us
Response time
BingoStamp is run by a small team. We aim to respond to all messages within three working days, but bug reports and accessibility issues get priority. If you haven't heard back after a week, feel free to send a nudge — the original may have slipped through.
Before you write
Many common questions are covered on the FAQ page. Worth a quick scan first — answers to questions about printing, sharing, privacy and mobile support are usually there.
